Alibris Customer Service

I tried to place an order with Alibris last week. The site wouldn’t take my credit card, although Alibris had taken it before. The billing info is correct. I have had no issues using my card with other merchants during the past week, brick and mortar or online.

I believe that my credit card on file is valid, but the site does not allow me to place an order.

According to this, I have to take up the issue with my credit card provider if I have confirmed that my billing address is OK. I have confirmed that my billing address is OK, and my credit card is good, so what is left?

I’m not going to go back and forth, etc to get this resolved. There are other booksellers out there, so ta ta to Alibris.
